After accidently deleting a full three months of information from our Mainstreet program, I called Mainstreet in a panic. The support tech assured me that we would be able to retrieve the lost data and promised at that time to do whatever he could to help me get through this catastrophe for my business! He has definitely been a man of his word.
Not only did he take control of the situation, he literally took control of our computer!
Demonstrating his knowledge of the Mainstreet program, he gave us excellent support in site navigation, data analysis and site submission.
In fact, he stayed on the phone with us past business hours just to make sure we finished that session completely. WOW … was I surprised! I never thought he would show that much dedication to a client, but he did. He knew his stuff so well I know, in just that one session, he saved me at least 20 hours of my own time.
NOW...it did not end there. The specific support tech has continued to help me in piecing back the missing information. When I call Mainstreet for additional help, you not only answer your phones, but this individual is my “Johnny-on-the-spot” ready to again counsel me over the phone. He has been friendly and patient in working through this difficult process and has remained professional and dependable.
His exemplary handling of our account has reinforced my belief in the Mainstreet organization and their commitment to excellence.

When we arrived at the office one morning, we were shocked to find our computer system had shut down.
Even more disturbing was the fact that our server had suffered a hard drive crash. We were told that the data "might" not be recoverable.
We bought a new server and called Mainstreet. The support tech offered to help us get our new server set up and to help us get back whatever data that he could.
Once the server was set up he began to try and get us back up and running.
We discovered that through his forethought he had set up the server to back up to one of the workstations. THIS WAS GREAT as all our data was still there and we were up and running in no time. "
