Michael C. has been an enormous help to us here at GlassTech. There has yet to be a time where Michael was not able to solve our software issues as well as a few hardware glitches. Michael not only has complete knowledge of your product, he also communicates the resolutions in a simple, straight forward manner. I have been amazed at both his skill and patience with what I consider and extremely frustrating aspect of the business world "the computer system". All of your employees have been a pleasure to work with, but no other employee on the Technical Support team possess the skills and knowledge that Michael C. has. I am confident that Michael is already a valued employee of yours, but I thought you would enjoy hearing how fond and appreciative we are of him

We have been using Glas-Avenue for almost two (2) years now and I sometimes would be soooo lost without their gentle guidance! Mainstreet is extremely blessed to have such caring and dedicated workers that get the job done! Treat them right & they will do the job well...you must be doing something right. Take Care of your employees & they will take care of you!

We love the Glas-Avenue software!
There are so many variables with this software that I just don’t remember or know it all.
Every time I call Mainstreet for help the technicians are always very helpful and pleasant. A support tech always guides me through the process so I will have an easier time remembering the steps the next time I come across that procedure. This is much better for me than if they just did it for me.
I appreciate the quick response with the call backs!
I would definitely rate Mainstreet’s customer service a 12 on a scale of 1-10.
Thanks again for being there when I have needed you.

First things first...we love being greeted by your receptionists when we call! They have great personalities!
We are frequent callers and the Mainstreet staff is so tolerant of our stupidity about computers.
We are still not utilizing all the capabilities of your software, but we are learning to with your assistance.
The patience of your support techs is amazing! It has been this way since the beginning (when we heavily relied on you) and continues to this day! There are times, it seems, you have to do to the kindergarten level, but your patience never wavers!
Sometimes I call with the same problem and they treat me as if it is my first time calling.
Mainstreet’s “customer service” is above standard!
Congratulations on having a superior team.
