Glas-Avenue Customer Support

Support for Glas-Avenue software is provided by a team of friendly and knowledgeable support technicians. Each support technician at Mainstreet has been trained extensively in every aspect of the Glas-Avenue software system as well as the use of the system on various system and network configurations. The support technicians at Mainstreet are more than capable of handling any question or problem you may have in Glas-Avenue from day-to-day tasks such as invoicing or ordering parts to more in-depth issues such as preparing for year-end or moving to a new database server.

Glas-Avenue support requests are normally handled on a first come, first served basis. However, exceptions are always made for customers who are down or require immediate assistance at which time they are passed to the first available technician.

All support including installations, data updates, training for employees, management-level training, troubleshooting, procedural assistance, and all other issues related to the Glas-Avenue program are offered free of charge with an active data license.
