Glas-Avenue Administration Software

Glas-Avenue Administration software gives your business owners and team managers top level access to every aspect of the Glas-Avenue software system. More than program access, Glas-Avenue Administration software also allows you to control the workflow of your CSRs by requiring that certain fields be filled in before a job can be invoiced and allowing / restricting access to certain portions or modules in Glas-Avenue (such as payment postings, voiding an invoice, or all features in Accounts Payable software). This new user access system controls what users have access to individual sections and/or functions of the system. Set restrictions by user group, type or individual name to individual module features, reports or even the entire module. To ensure tight security, any section a user does not have access to will be permanently disabled for that user only.

Glas-Avenue Administration also provides a wide variety of settings that allow you to customize your instance of Glas-Avenue such as customizing screen colors, configuring your automatic backup, adding a logo to your invoice, and much more.
