For a completely electronic software option, read more about Glas-Avenue Hosted. Glas-Avenue Hosted software uses the Internet to connect you and your employees to the same set of data from anywhere - no disks, no updates, and no server needed.

The Glas-Avenue e-Commerce software modules increase productivity for CSRs by making it that much easier to file an insurance invoice, accept payments, and process claims. For managers, the credit card processor eliminates the need to process transactions manually, online, or by mail. And the check scanner eliminates the need to go to the bank while reducing the risk of NSF returns.

All Glas-Avenue e-Commerce software modules integrate seamlessly into your Glas-Avenue Point of Sale Software System and can be added individually at any time or all together as part of a new install.

Glas-Avenue e-Commerce Software

The Glas-Avenue e-Commerce System is comprised of four modules: EDI, GLAXIS, e-Money, and Quick Pay.

  1. EDI allows you to process and track insurance claim invoices right from your Point of Sale screen including the current status, rejection reason, and payment status.
  2. GLAXIS connects your Point of Sale system to the LYNX network for instant electronic dispatching, online part authorization, and EDI processing audit to reduce rejections. GLAXIS also makes it possible for you to check stock and order online with your vendors as well as receive online schedule requests from your website's Online Auto Glass Estimating system.
  3. E-Money integrates a credit card swipe to your Point of Sale system for instant processing of credit card payments. Once scanned the payment is posted to the customer invoice and filed to the credit card deposit sheet for future reconciliation.
  4. Quick Pay allows you to scan checks into a Point of Sale invoice to post customer payments and also sends the check information to your bank via the internet for processing and deposit. Quick Pay also provides additional protection against NSF returns by warning you if a customer has a history of NSFs.
