Glas-Avenue: Scheduler
When installed, the Glas-Avenue Scheduler becomes a part of your Point of Sale System. Each work order and invoice filed to the system may now be assigned a customer requested date and time for the work to be performed. Scheduler allows for multiple technicians to be assigned to any job and offers two schemes for organizing the daily, weekly or monthly schedule: by Schedule Sequence and by Schedule Time. Schedule Sequence displays as "job 1", "job 2", "job 3", etc. for each individual technician or team of technicians; while Schedule Time displays each technician's schedule as it coincides with the specific time of day as requested by the customer. In the Schedule Edit window, each job is color coded with the status of the job (i.e. the color green represents a "new" schedule while the color blue denotes a job that has been completed). These status descriptions and colors can all be customized to meet your preferences.
