
Glas-Avenue EDI and GLAXIS Services provide a simple yet intuitive link between you and all of the national insurance carriers. GLAXIS Services are used for claim retrieval and other functions required to process the claim. GLAXIS is a set of services provided through the LYNX Network to streamline the insurance claim resolution process. With GLAXIS installed as part of your Glas-Avenue Point of Sale system, all of your LYNX insurance dispatches will automatically be delivered into Point of Sale for two-click-conversion into your Work Order. GLAXIS also provides an avenue for initiating the customer's claim through a feature called "ClaimLaunch". GLAXIS "ClaimLaunch" files an ENOL (Electronic Notice of Loss) through the internet to your customer's insurance carrier who in-turn issues a dispatch to your shop for the work to be preformed.
In addition to dispatch retrieval and ClaimLaunch, GLAXIS also offers online part authorization for insurance claims and Online Auto Glass Ordering through a series of popular auto glass vendors. Online Part Authorization is a quick and easy way to authorize moldings and dealer parts for an insurance claim; while online ordering provides a quick comparison of your vendor pricing and a fast avenue for ordering the desired part.
