Glas-Avenue Point of Sale is a complete Quote, Work Order and Invoice generating and tracking system which enables you to set and control a multi-level pricing structure, track your customers purchasing activity, monitor warranty work, set and track state and local taxes and much more. An integrated employee table allows you to track which invoices your technicians are working on for the day, what parts they will need and, if a mobile job, driving directions to the job site. Glas-Avenue Point of Sale is equipped with 19 comprehensive reports all dealing exclusively with your daily quoting and invoicing operations.
Point of Sale - Auto:
The most powerful feature of Glas-Avenue Point of Sale - Auto is its provision of a simple search function for navigating the massive NAGS auto glass list price database. In addition to the auto glass list price navigation, Point of Sale - Auto also enables the user to add or remove Auto Glass Interchange parts, Import Auto Glass Vendor pricing and build a pricing structure from it. Users can override material charges, labor charges and even list prices on the fly for cash sales, cross reference a glass part with all available vehicles for that part, and flag all glass parts that may require additional materials such as additional kits, clips, spacers and moldings.
Point of Sale - Flat:
Glas-Avenue's Point of Sale - Flat is a system written specifically for Residential and Commercial Glass Installers. Our intuitive parts file can be customized and organized to accommodate changes in products, pricing comparisons for different vendors and progress billing for large jobs. Create "Part Groups" for items that are never sold by themselves (i.e. shower doors require the glass, labor for holes drilled, handles, hinges, etc.). All grouped part prices are added together with the "Part Group" feature when you add the "Shower Door" part group. Glas-Avenue Point of Sale - Flat incorporates many different dimensions and unit prices such as square-foot, square inch, linear inch, running foot, and united inch to name a few, as well as providing over 440 different shapes for dimensional pricing.
